MIKE BLISS AND BARRY DODSON TO MEET RACE FANS
AT HILTON ATLANTA AIRPORT’S FINISH LINE SPORTS BAR

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (March 8, 2007) – 2002 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driving champion Mike Bliss and veteran crew chief and race commentator Barry Dodson will meet race fans at the Finish Line Sports Bar in the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel on Thursday night, March 15, from 8 to 9 p.m.

Bliss and Dodson reunited this season with Bliss driving the #40 Key Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado for selected NCTS races. In his two starts to date, Bliss was credited with a 23rd place finish in Daytona after running with the lead pack alld8.JPG (91298 bytes) night before getting involved in a wreck, and was a solid tenth in California. Bliss is currently 14th in driver points as race action moves to the Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 16 for the running of the American Commercial Lines 200.

Bliss and Dodson raced together for four races in 1995 and for the entire 1996, 1997 and 1998 NCTS campaigns and were a factor in nearly every one of the 81 races in which they competed. Bliss registered a half dozen victories, 28 top five and 41 top ten finishes over this time span and never finished out of the top ten in championship points.

Bliss actually claimed his very first career NASCAR win while running under Dodson’s direction, that coming in their first race together and in Bliss’ rookie season at the fabled North Wilkesboro (NC) Speedway in 1995.

The popular duo will sign autographs and answer questions for fans during the one hour Meet & Greet event.
