MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (November 3, 2008) –Reprising his truck driving role at Key Motorsports, 2002 Truck Champion Mike Bliss is poised to take the wheel of the #40 machine. British sensation, Paul Poulter was scheduled to drive the race truck, however, due to the state of the global economy he was not able to

Bliss is looking for a great run at one of his favorite tracks, Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale, Arizona. “Going West is good this time of the year”, states the native
Pacific North Westerner, “I really like Phoenix and I like to race there. [Team owner] Curtis Key is a good guy, he tries hard, and I would like to help him out.”
Team owner, Curtis Key feels the same, “Phoenix is a great track. Mike [Bliss] did a lot of USAC racing there, and I know that he can get it done on the short track. With Alice Cooperstown on board this weekend, we look forward to a great race weekend.”
Crew Chief Lance Hooper agrees, “I’m excited to be working with [Mike] Bliss. We have a good truck and a good driver. Alice Cooperstown will also be sponsoring the truck this weekend, and we look forward to having a good time in Phoenix.”
