BRITISH STAR TAKING CONTROL AT NEW HAMPSHIRE
Paul Poulter Ready to Take the Reigns for the Camping World RV Rental 200
MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (September 10, 2008) – British sensation Paul Poulter is back once again commanding the #40 Key Motorsports Chevrolet in the Camping World RV Rental 200 at New Hampshire International Speedway.
This will be Poulter’s second stint this season driving the #40 Chevrolet. His first test for Key Motorsports came in the June 20th Camping World RV Sales 200 at the Milwaukee Mile. In his debut, Poulter finished 30th after starting the race from the 35th start.
This weekend’s start will be the third consecutive start for Key Motorsports at the mile track.
The team, building on their momentum from their solid run at Gateway International Raceway, tested Tuesday at Greenville-Pickens Speedway with Poulter. The test was set to prepare Poulter and the team for this weekend’s competition.
“The test went really, really well,” stated Poulter. “I am very comfortable with everything, and it really helped me to get settled back in and ready to drive.”
“I am looking forward to this weekend and to a good finish.”
“It has been a great week for us,” echoed Lance Hooper, Crew Chief of the #40 Chevrolet. “Everyone is fired up with a lot of energy, and we are definitely looking forward to an awesome run this weekend.”
“Paul is one of those guys that you definitely look forward to working with and watching develop.”
Key Motorsports, entering in New Hampshire International Speedway with an average finish of 25th is looking to capitalize on this race and improve the average finishes, as well as increase the moment.
